MEET THE TEAM
ERIC EDGREN
Eric grew up in Poulsbo and left town in 2006 to study Mechanical Engineering at Montana State University. After graduating, he worked on commercial construction projects in Asia, Europe, and Africa before returning to Washington. Utilizing his technical and project management skills, he works with business development, accounting, and governing agencies to streamline the building process.
SCOTT VLACH
Scott is a Poulsbo native who graduated from North Kitsap High School in 1992 and immediately jumped into the construction industry. Scott’s passion and ability to build high quality custom homes is unmatched and has led to strong working relationships and respect from subcontractors and clients alike. If you are looking for Scott, odds say, you will find him on site with his tool bags on.
DONNIE ANDING
Donnie is a proud native of Port Angeles. After graduating from high school in Wibaux, MT in 1994 he dove straight into the construction industry. With a true passion for crafting high-quality custom homes, Donnie has earned the trust and admiration of both subcontractors and clients. His hands-on approach and exceptional skills make him a sought-after professional in the field.
OUR SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION
Building Green
Olympic Ridge prioritizes eco-friendly building, conserving resources, and integrating sustainable design. We maximize natural lighting and use more efficient heating systems like hydronic, geothermal, and forced air. Standard features include on-demand water heaters, circulating pumps, and low-flow fixtures. We build with renewable timber, incorporate recycled materials, and safely recycle construction waste. Clean and safe job sites are a top priority and we’re proud of our green practices. We create homes that are both efficient and environmentally responsible.
Regional Considerations
The Pacific Northwest's diverse terrain often requires unique site preparation before building, especially on waterfront properties with strict regulations. When Olympic Ridge builds on a less stable lot, home design is integral to the lay of the property and we will carefully maximize land use while ensuring compliance with local municipalities. We specialize in designing and building homes that optimize views, reflect regional styles, and suit our client’s lifestyles.
