We begin by discussing your vision, lifestyle needs, desired home size, and investment range to ensure we’re aligned from the start. After touring several Olympic Ridge homes, we’ll review potential design concepts, discuss realistic budget expectations, and evaluate your building site—or assist you in finding the ideal property. Once we’ve confirmed that we’re the right fit for one another and you’re ready to move forward, a retainer is collected to begin the design, planning, and permitting process.
Meet + Greet
Phase 2
Olympic Ridge works closely with you to develop architectural designs and site plans, whether partnering with one of our preferred architects or building from plans you have already commissioned. During this phase, we coordinate with county departments, engineers, consultants, and financial institutions to advance the design, permitting, and site development process. We also prepare detailed cost estimates and construction schedules to ensure alignment with your goals and budget. Once the plans, specifications, and pricing are finalized, we enter into a construction agreement and prepare to begin building your home.

Construct Your Dream Home
Watch your dream home become a reality. Olympic Ridge manages every aspect of the construction process, including permitting, site development, and home construction, while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, and building codes. Throughout the build, we maintain clear communication by providing regular progress updates and discussing any adjustments or opportunities that arise. You’ll work closely with our experienced team as you make important design selections, receiving expert guidance and recommendations every step of the way. Our goal is to deliver a home that reflects your vision, exceeds your expectations, and is crafted to stand the test of time.
